an old jumpered ISA Ethernet adapter

I've got an old jumper-coonfigured ISA Ethernet card and I need drivers for Win95/98 and Win 3.11. The biggest chips on the card are described as "SMC 83C690LJ P" and "PCA EPC1002PS". I'd be very grateful if somebody helps me to identify the stuff and find some drivers. TIA.

Use NE2000 compatible driver under company NOVELL/ANTHEM built into windows.
