Sony CD-RW CRX140e Driver for Win2k!!!

Can anyone please help me get the driver for the model in the subject, win2k recognizes the cd-rw, but it wont allow it to write

It could be that you need CeQaudrat V3.7, my Win2000 sees the writer as a common or garden cd and installing CeQuadrat V3.6 gets me no further
