Trident 9750 Driver

I agree that Trident sucks. I have been trying to get to their website all day, but it's been unreachable. Does anybody know what's up?

I installed Windows 98 on my system, and it did not read the Trident video driver properly. I can only run the video at 640x480 at 16 colors.

Can anybody please help?

I am running the 9750 on win98, it works fine.
I used the drivers that came with the display card. I am not now at my computer so I don't have the ver number, but I can find out and send you the driver, if you want it.

I have an IBM Aptiva 2140-L31 which has the Trident 9750 chipset. I had to reinstall the machine from scratch due to a virus. The only thing I couldnt find was the video driver for it. IBM does not have a record of this chipset anywhere on their bb. We tried the 9x5 drivers from Trident which didn't work. John, if you could please e-mail me a copy of the Win98 drivers you have or post it on the site, I would be grateful.
Thanks
