TVGA8900Dvideo card

Would anyone have a manual for this card? I would like to install it in a modest system to serve as a fax, but I can't find the manual. I would like to make sure the jumpers are set right for the system.

Specifically, I would like to know its features, and especially the jumper pin settings and options.
