Hedaka Super VGA card

I have a Hedaka Super VGA card HED-620AX. Windows 98 uses a Trident Super VGA driver, but I can only use 16 colors. Is there a better driver for it? I am not sure it even has a Trident chipset. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The chip was covered by a large white label displaying a serial number. I removed the label, but the chip has no identifying markings at all.

You would need to look on the card to confirm the chipset otherwise I would have no idea what drivers you need, the trident identifying page is here:
