Hello I had to format my hard drive. Now I only have 16 colors. I have a Trident 3D Image 9750 video card. I have two CD's that claim to have the 3D Image 9750 on it but when I go to install new hardware and select display then choose have disk I get a message stating that the drivers in the destination source do not match the hardware. When I do a search on both CD's there is no 3D Image 9750 driver listed. Then I downloaded a 3D Image 9750 driver from the internet and installed it. It installed an icon thnkkey or something and when I try to open it a message appears that that it has to be opened in display properities but I don't understand what they mean by that. When I go into display properities there is no place to open a file. I need a Trident 3D image 9750 video driver for windows 98 and how to install it.
Also the instructions in the read me file on the CD I have are instructions for windows 95. Thanks Christine |
