16 bit color, how do it get? with 9680??

I apparently have a 9680 as per the downloaded pgm i ran from trident to find out what i have, since it only shows a 9420 option and a super vga...that's all.
i downloaded realplayer g2 and i get a message when it loads that i need to get 16 bit color...so i downloaded the 9680 driver...but nothing has happened, did nothing...i will try to reboot, see it that gives me 16 bit ..where are the specs on this stuff..lots of these questions go unanswered? where is the tech staff? why isn't there some answer on these..or are answers inside?

im in the same boat and i cant seem to find answers anywhere if you find out any thing please let me know also thanx in advance
