I have a toshiba notebook computer and I'm looking for the latest video drivers for my card, which has a Trident 9525 chipset. Does anybody know where I can find them? I've looked on Trident's homepage and they don't even HAVE drivers for the 9525, let alone the latest. Response would be much appreciated!!

Sridhar,
About 14 days ago I found a link on the Toshiba USA "New Downloads" page (http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Toshiba.woa/wa/goto?page=NewDownloads). The link of the file 265vid8.exe was: http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/W...wnload?ID=2632 File Description: Windows 98 Display Driver version 6.45.5441-93d.98.22-T for Trident Cyber 9525 display adapter. WinZIP self-installing ZIP file. Can also be unZIPped using PKUnZip 2.04g or equivalent. This self-extracting Zip file also supports unattended installation when executed with the /auto switch. I installed this new driver on my Toshiba Satellite 2550 CDT. Unfortunately it did not solve my problem that opening a DOS box often locks my machine. Does anyone else experience this problem too?
