video display unable to change settings

I have lost all resolutions options and only have 1 or 16 colors, can olny view at 640x840. Unable to change this settings of color or resolution.
CAN YOU HELP ME???!!!

It sounds like your computer is using the default VGA driver. My guess is that you will need to re-install the driver for your specific video card, and then you will be able to change the settings.
