Crappy US Robitics Driver Page and Tech Support

I have been trying to get a driver for a
us robotics modem model 00568300.

The US robotics driver page allows you to
enter your model number..but this model
is not listed ANYWHERE!!!

I tried their tech support number..whata hoot
10 minute of punching voice mail numbers only
to be told I need to call a 900 number and
pay so much a minute.

What ever happend to companies that WANTED
your business???? Companies that HELPED
customers...frankly, I own a small computer
store and I will NEVER!! NEVER!! EVER!! install that stupid voice mail punch this button baloney...I WANT customers..

Does anyone have the drivers for this modem out there in computer land...I have written to US robotics tech support...lets see if their online support is better than their non existant telephone support.

And I HOPE U.S. Robotics will take some correction of there tech support because isn't real good...

I couldn't agree more. My friend and I have spent ALL day trying to find a driver for a model #0613 56k Voice WinModem, and this is THE ABSOLUTELY WORST tech support page I have ever found for anything, be it a games or hardware support page. I sincerely hope that the administrators fall off a cliff. (Just kidding). But, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADMINISTRATORS: do something with this page. How hard is it post all of your previous drivers for your products that you have put out in the last few years. Even if the drivers are only for the last year, at least people who put their hard-earned money into one of your products might be able to USE one of your products. Maybe that's a novel concept.
In closing, PLEASE POST SOME DRIVERS!!!!

3com has no software support for their 14.4 winmodems under windows 98. Come on 3com. You might be able to sell an item to everybody once, but never twice. I wish that 3com would have gotten so big based on good customer service that included the little guy, and not by buying up other companies and just kissing the rears of large accounts.

US Robootics..! The worst site!!!
Do not trust their drivers..well they don't
work anyway..I wanted this winmodem x2 driver,downloaded every possible driver but what a waste of time..we can't even email to a humanbeing on that site..I simply gave up..
