my pc has this azteck modem installed and is supposed to be fax capable.i dont have a clue how to send or receive faxes and need to know how to do it. the modem came without a manual, instructions or anything else that might help me to learn how to send faxes. any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. thanks, gary

Far starters: What is the Model Number and/or FCC ID# of you modem. And what Windows version are you using.

Now to the FAX question. This requires a software package exclusively for that purpose. And with older devices you could not cruise the Internet and send a FAX at the same time. You could only do one or the other.
