i had download the driver and the modem's power-light is on.but it does't work at all! windows 2000 tell me it was't in communication with me320. can you tell me why? thanks.the modem uses com3.

yes.i have,but the modem could't communicate with windows 2000. can you help me? the modem can work in windows98 or winme.

Which modem is it, the ESS or the Intel shown here

Did you download the windows 2000 driver?
