Win 2000 drivers for ME320 56K USB Modem

Can anybody help me find windows 2000 drivers for my new WinExcel V.90 56K USB Modem (model ME320 using Ambient 4470/5650 chipset)

So you have been cheated too?. :-(((.
After trying every web site in Taiwan I'm _definitely_ going to ask for a refund. There are NO drivers for this model, I don't want to wait five months or so to get drivers of find that they never release drivers.
