Win 2000 driver for MD5620 internal modem

I have a webexcel internal modem MD5620 and need its driver for windows 2000 but can't seem to find it anywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I don't know where to find the 2000 version, but if you have the w98 version I'll be grateful if you can send it to me...
