Hi all.
I've got an IBM ThinkPad 390E, into which I tried to install a Linksys WPC55AG wireless notebook adapter. The router I'm using is the Linksys WRT54G. My laptop is running Win200 Pro. After speaking with the "people" at Linksys "tech support" they say there's a problem between the notebook adapter, and the Texas Instruments PCI-1251 CardBus controller. They even told me there's a driver update or patch or something to rectify this problem, but they never told me the file name. Anyone have any ideas? |

there is indeed an ms fix but its for 98/me. Since you have 2k, it will be included in one of the service packs, what service pack are you up to?
there are a few XP updates and a bios update here The XP updates will usually work for 2k as well.
