If you want a copy of the Installation CD I would be happy to provide you with this but, this will only be suitable for Windows 98. I'm sorry to tell you that you will not get any Windows XP drivers for the EasyPix SP2 from either DIXONS or AGFA. What you will get - if you are using XP - is your machine crashing and/or hanging and the blue screen of death appearing next time you boot your machine. The Windows 98 driver is incompatible with XP so be warned.

DIXONS will merely tell you that it (Windows XP) will pick up the camera because it is a "Plug and Play" device - less that ****ing useless advice but not untypical from DIXONS. AGFA on the other hand will tell you that they neither manufacture or sell this camera and that they merely licence DIXONS to use their name on it. Who actually manufactures the camera is unknown. It all smells to me but then again so do DIXONS' Technical Support.

Best advice is to issue a writ aginst DIXONS for a full refund, that's the only way you will get your money back from them. They have no scruples or sense of customer obligation. Poor company to deal with. Buy from a reputable dealer who does give a ****.
