Looking for CD-ROM Driver Armada 7400

I'm looking for the CD-ROM driver for the
Armada 7400 laptop. The softpaq isn't too
helpful and doesn't provide the driver
specified for a Windows 98 installation.

The file specified is CPQLTECD.SYS.

With even more digging I found the
driver under Windows 3.1 instead of
Windows 98.

Certain softpaqs apparently are not
brought forward for other OS versions
(some are, some aren't).
