Anyone get a Compaq Modem working in W2K?

Has anyone got a driver or anything else to get a 56K DFI modem working with W2K in a Presario 5020 European Build? Help!!!

You won't get a presario modem to work with anything but the original operating system (or by using an upgrade, ie Win95 to Win98 with an upgrade disc.)
it's all to do with virtual com ports and a compaq specific virtual com port driver that isn't available seperately or, as far as I'm aware from anyoine else, shareware or otherwise. A better bet would be go back to WIn98 or get an external one that does work with W2K/NT
