Driver for CT4810

Card says CT4810, chip says CT2518. What is the driver? I couldn't find anything on the Creative site or this site.

The card is a "PCI 128" compatible, whose driver is more complete; the address is: http://www.creativehelp.com/files/do...&prod=sbpci128
