My sound will not work

OK
when I log on, it gives an error message

I have Windows 98 and a crystal sound card but it wont show up in the multimedia screen
error:Cwbaudio.drv cannot find CS4232 CODEC

HELP PLEASE!!!!

Yo buddies, I've been having trouble with my Crystal PnP Audio System CODEC for god knows how long.
Win will start to boot up and freeze while loading my Crystal driver. For a while I just modified my config.sys and removed the command line for loading that driver.
Finally Win placed that driver on ASD and poof! No more troubles. I just loaded on a new sound card.
My trouble came from this:

Error at ISAPNP\CSC8025_DEV0000\FFFFFFFF

No matter how many times I reloaded that driver or tried to updated it I have the exact same trouble. I say just complain to crystal and try some thing new.
