Unknown Sound Card

Here's the deal... I have an old sound card without any manufactureers ID on it... there isn't a name, an FCC-ID, nothing... I've tried everything I can think of to figure ouy where this card came from... there are two CRYSTAL chips on the board... CS4201A and CS4121-CQ... I've tried contacting Crystal through Cirrus Logic but I haven't gotten any kind of response... if anyone has any kind of info I would really appreciate it... thanks
