Exclamation TidalWave 128 CS4237B

I have installed the TidalWave 128 sound card and downloaded the latest Win98 drivers off the internet. When I load the drivers I'm promped that I need to restart my computer. The sound card will work when after this reboot but any reboot after that it won't. I'm not getting any conflict messages when I look at my system configuration and other than no sound I don't get any other problems. The only thing I can figure is that at the end of the driver installation process when windows starts I get a message saying that DOS is now supported but I need to reboot the system to get it to work. Could the problem be when I restart again and the card tries to get it's DOS drivers working? If anybody has a solution I'd appreciate it.
Thanks
