Is my PSU Powerful Enough

I think your PSU is certainly up to the task. Moving away from the bargain basement power supplies was a good choice.

Should be fine.

You can see by my signature i have somewhat the same system with possibly a few more hard drives and a Enermax Liberty 620 handles it nicely
