EPS Technologies MB Drivers

Having trouble with IDE controller on EPS laptop (133Mhz, Win95b). System properties shows a yellow exclamation point on a "National Semiconductor Dual PCI IDE (RMM Support)" HDD controller. Manual detection wants to add a different controller but it doesn't "stay" detected after reboot. This is causing me problems getting the internal Teac CDrom to function. It intermittently detects the CDrom.

Any help or talk with an EPS pro would be appreciated.

I also need a copy of "phdisk.exe" (hdd utility}.
