WIN98SE Instalation Tip!

First I want to thank y'all for the outstanding information you contribute. I recently installed the W98se upgrade on a system running W95b (and, yes I know that upgrades in general are a pain in the tookas). The tip you provided resulted in some impovement but the system still "bogs down", especially when running multiple applications and/or extensive use of a single application such as the browser. The system exhibits indications of being memory-constrained. I have tried several different cache & swap file settings, all with the same results. Are there any other tips you can share to overcome this problem? Specs are: PII-233, 160MB ram, 20MB hard drive using 32-bit fs. Thanks!

I always go through my systems after a install, and I found that win98se will replace (close to 30) drivers in the system with old drivers, thus causeing the system to slow down, with little glitches here and there!
