When the stupid little box pops up and asks if you would like to remember user name and password, if you hit yes where does the computer store that? I only ask because I have my username to a certain site but not my pass, I told it to remember it and I can log onto the main page but nothing else for some reason. I know it gets encrypted, but is there anyway to get that info out. Thanx if any help can be offered.
I am not sure that answering this for you wouldn't put me in hot water by the mods... I will leave it to them to decide...
While I can't tell you where it is stored, you might try going to Tools/Internet Options/Content/AutoComplete...make sure that all boxes are checked. Then try your site again...hopefully, all will be well...Good Luck!
Ya_all are paranoid. Just tell him that this information is typically stored in the Cookies… Oops, please don’t hurt me…
