[RESOLVED] Links98 Golf Running Under Win 95/Win98

Don't know if this is an operating system problem, but I'll try postying it here.
My Links 98 Golf game worked great under Win 95. When I upgraded to Win 98, and tried to boot my game, I got the dreaded 'Red X' message "DirectDraw Init Failed".
I went to the Links98 webpage and downloaded a huge zip file titled "Direct2x.zip", but now I don't know what to do with it.
Question: Will this help my problem?..and if so what do I do now?
Any help is appreciated.
