Process Manager?

Is there an equivelant of the Win2K Process manager for Windows98 SE (Or a third party app that will preform the same function). There are quite a few memory hogging processes that I can see through Norton Diagnostics, and that I can't kill using Ctrl+alt+Delete; and I could REALLY use the freed resources while I'm preforming processor-intensive stuff (compiling, etc).

Any suggestions for a thrid party app, or is there a built in one that i can't see?
