missing dll file

After installing a new printer and zip drive, I am now getting the following error message when Windows (Win98) starts:

Error Starting Program

The msvcirt.dll file is linked to missing export msvcirt.dll:??_U@YAPAXI@Z

Is anyone familiar with this? And how to fix it???

I've copied the file from the original CD to my hard drive, but still get the error message!!

Looks like there's two different files you need to restore, Msvcirt.dll and Msvcrt.dll.

could always try "sfc" in the run command with out the ""
