[RESOLVED] Direct cable connection

Hello I have Win98 SE on one PC and Win95 OS2 on my laptop. I am trying to get the two to communicate? Useing direct cable connect I am having alot of problems. I have tried setting up different com ports for my serial connection also have tried using the printer port LPT1 also have checked for the correct proticals...............HELP!!!!!

I had similar problems trying to connect 2 Win89 machines. I solves the problem by networking them.

Also, you could try to get hold of the program called laplink, my brother uses that successfully.
