flash bios for IBM aptiva

I have a IBM aptiva with a accer bios. I have the latest upgrade from IBM for my machine, but IBM is slow in releasing new upgrades. I have the most current from IBM flash bios number V70ENB4B.
If anybody knows of a bios upgrade that is better then the V70ENB4B that is overclockable for the aptiva 2153-E3U 350 Mhz Amd k6-2. Please post it here or email me.
