I think that you are asking for a TCP/IP driver for DOS.
It usually comes on your network card disk, but there is also a good site that has some with the driver already on it: http://www.bovistech.com/disks.htm

Thanks, but actually, I am looking to boot a machine with a boot disk that will do the following:
1. Allow the machine to be on a network.--Done.
2. Get an IP Address from a DHCP server.--Done.
3. Run a program in DOS (Kermit, TELNET) to communicate with a server to transmit and receive data.--PROBLEM.
I need to connect to a server from a machine via a DOS prompt without wiping the drive and installing DOS on the HD.
