I have a NT4 domain. I just set it up and when users try to logon to the server they get most of the time "The domain password you supplied is not correct, or access to your logon server has been denied." I searched Microsoft Technet and found only two possible solutions: Hub, NIC on server. Does anyone have any other suggestions please let me know. Thank you.

Can you ping the PDC from the computer? Are the accounts configured properly? The accounts are not disabled are they?
There are a number of things you can check out.
Does your PDC see the machines on the network?
Protocols - are the machines all using the same?
PDC - have you set up User accounts correctly - ie users, passwords (watch case); groups, permission to access the PDC drive; this can be checked by logging on at the workstation as admin with admin user name and password - if admin can get in, password configuration errors are likely. Have you set a password timeout policy? Or passowrd never expires? Or User must change passowrd at next logon?
IP addresses - If you are using TCP/IP , have you set DHCP to assiugn addresses and machines to use DHCP, have you then disabled WINS and used DHCP for WINS resolution?
If it does, your NIC should be OK and again I would check passwords and permissions.
Are the machines all using a common network service - Client for Microsoft networks/ Netware?
Is file and printer sharing set on machines?

1. open User Manager (usrmgr.exe) for domains and make sure all the accounts are not locked out or disabled.
2. also make sure that you didn't check user must change password and at the same time user is not allowed to change password https://forums.windrivers.com/
3. create a workstation accout to each Windows NT computer in Server Manager (srvmgr.exe)
4. check in user rights assignment (again in user manager) that you have given permission to "access this machine from the network"

What services(WINS, DHCP)and protocol(s) (IPX/SPX)are you using ? Make sure the computers do not have the same name under the identification tab in network properties. Is it only other users login or can you login?
one more thing - if you installed all the workstations (nt4) or servers from THE SAME image you might have a SID problem.
download NewSID from http://www.sysinternals.com
and run it on all the severs and workstation.
