I cannot get my gameport to work under NT4-sp3.
I have a P1 233mmx, 80Mb Ram, 3com3c509b isa NIC, adaptec 1510 scsi adapter with Yamaha CD writer, ATI Xpert@play 4Mb pci and Typhoon 3d Gold 16 s/card. Despite all attempts to get NT to 'see' the gameport, including manuf. tech support, I can't get it to work with any joystick - sound however is OK. I think all the relevant stuff has been done in "Control Panel" and the card/joystick combo worked fine under 95 - nothing has changed except the operating system.
Can anyone throw any light on this?

Hey, Russie! I have experienced the same problem before with a 4-axis, 4-button gamepad. Have you tried callibrating your gamepad or joystick. Go to your multimedia
applet in control panel. From there, click on the Devices tab, then down to Joystick devices. If doesn't work, for whatever game your trying to play, you may need to download
a patch for that particular game.
