Hey guys
im a student at a local high school..they don't seem to know much. We have 4 printers on the school network (small school) all running off of the TCP/IP print servers. Is their a way in NT to limit the amount of printing a person is allowed to do at one time? or say put a size cap on the amount of data they can print? Right now the library printer is clogged with 94 print jobs..from one person, and I can't fix it because nobody in the school has admin privledges.

I'm not aware of a way to do this in NT natively, but there are plenty of third party programs that can do this for you. Do a google search for "Print Quota Windows NT" and start researching.
BTW, Auric, can I ask why you (the sysadmin) doesn't have any admin priveliges? Or do I not want to know? ;)
our "sysadmin" is a local travelling tech that travels between 3 high schools and about 20 local elementary schools, nobody physically in the building has admin privs

It is very much likely that you won't have the ability to install/configure such features with no Admin rights.
Somebody in the School, responsible student or otherwise should have admin rights to take care of day to day problems like this. I think that is the root of the problem.
