Is it just me, or do other people see this as a problem?

I don't know how many times I have seen EBAY sellers take a picture of their card(s) on carpet. makes me want to bid right away!!!!
Just look a this one. Makes you want to scuff across the carpet, pick it up and plug it into the first available slot!

Do you have problem with people selling there old Invidia based display card ?

I would think that as long as you wash all the static off with a good dip in a large pool it should work just fine....... :p :p :p

And after you wash it off, just put it in the dryer or microwae to dry it of!! :)

OMG....that is hilarious

I just let me cat lay on it for a while... Allows the static electricity to Neutralize thus preventing it from shock. I say we all email the poor sap and tell him to try that card in his computer again :D

Make sure you wave that styrofoam cup over the card, want to make sure the magic smoke stays in the card

I take pictuures of my hardware on a carpet also. but I have it on a static bag on the carpet first is that ok?
