Does anyone ever get the customer that requests, ( that's not strong enough ), demands that you work on their computer now. And after explaining why they need it right away, they'll sit there and talk to you while your trying to fix it. When you're done, you charge them for a full hour of work even though you "only worked on it for 30 minutes." Then you explain to them that there's a price attached to rush jobs and they get all indignant and swear they'll never bring it back to your store again. GOD, I love retail.
