[RESOLVED] The Printer that wouldn't print right

I got a call on a HP Color LaserJet 4500 about a Drum Low message. I go down look at the printer and the sample of printing. I figure ok, no big deal. I call my vendor, and order the drum kit. A few days later, and 4 more user complaints later, I get the drum kit(on Monday). I go and replace the drum kit, and the printer is still showing the symptoms. I call HP support, and they believe that its the transfer kit. They overnight me a transfer kit, which I received this morning. I replaced the transfer kit, and still the same symptoms. I call HP, and they have me check the fuser rollers to rule it out. I open the door to the fuser, and the upper fuser roller had delaminated itself. So I will be getting a new fuser from HP in the morning.

The drum was infact low, and replaced, but the print defect was still occuring.

I was in one customer last week for a problem with the network printer(HP5 with internal print server): the test page at the printer worked fine but nothing from the network. I removed the PS card and installed it again and nothing. The jetadmin software saw the print server in the network and I inclusive updated the bios with no results.
Next day I went there with a external print server and connected it ( removing the internal one) and it didn't work. Before leaving I decided to put back the internal print server but I forgot to turn off the printer, when I saw the printer panel it had all kind of garbage on it ( SH***, It can't be worst than it is now)..
So I turned off the printer and back on and it startet to work!!
Now mi problem was how to tell my customer so he doesn't sent the printer to HP for service!
