GOOD! web blocking software

I am looking for a good web blocking software package that can be used with MS proxy.
Any comments would be welcome. (Even Smart a** ones)

Yep, looking at that one right now. It by far has the lead for monitoring Internet activity, but I have not had a chance to play with the blocking part of it.
