I have a problem I've never seen before.
A customer's machine can dial up and connect to an ISP. I can see it send DATA, but it does not receive DATA.
Help!
I've replaced the modem, removed and re-installed TCP/IP, removed & reinstalled Dial-Up Networking, tried Netscape, and have used multiple accounts at multiple ISP's.
I can ping sites but had trouble with traceroute.
Any ideas?
