Creating a script for automating tasks

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to create a script that would:

a)Remove the swap file
b)Restart in safe mode
c)Scan and defrag the hard drive(s)
d)Create a swap file
e)Restart in normal mode

Or any other automated tasks.
