Ok, I've installed the software the UPS came with, Then I downloaded PowerChute Plus v4.? for NT. But I cannot find the UPS. The UPS and the cable work fine on a windows 98 machine, and the com port on the NT works fine with a digital camera. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
