Printing from IE5.5

I have a couple users who are getting nothing but blank pages when they print from Internet Explorer, also nothing show when they hit print preview either, get a line at bottom of page that says file://C:\temp\triNKDLL.HTM and the date
at the top page 1 of 1 appears, already searched microsoft kb and no help anybody have this issue before ? Thanks in advance :eek:

I think I found the problem, margins were set wrong, have no idea why that would change all of a sudden, but if I knew that I wouldn't be here :D
