Yes, Who's Online(WOL) aka Recent Visitors is standard in 6.2.1, as is polling. The Polling feature in 6.2.1 is far better than the Poll Hack. I can point you to a couple of demo sites if you so desire :)

UBB, UBBThreads, and OpenTopic are all made by Infopop. UBB is for smaller boards (<20k users), UBBThreads is for medium boards, and OpenTopic is for larger boards :)
