[RESOLVED] Windirvers Trademarks and Copyrights

This may sound silly, but does anyone know if the layout/color scheme of WD is copyrighted or trademarked. Im considering revamping my home page and doing it windrivers style. (no logos or names except for a link) but I would be using the basic color scheme that is used here. I dont wanna step on any toes, ( I like it here ) so I thought Id ask before I put it up. :eek:

Feel free to use the color scheme, I probably lifted from some other site myself.

hell look at what ive done with the logos and things on the friends and art pages .. of course im not making any money on it .. if anything costing me heheh (besides the time)
