Evertime I boot up the sys locks after building DMI pool....
DOes not matter if I boot to floppy or to cd rom.This is gonna be win98 machine.Any advice is appreciated.

Try to boot with only the necessities plugged in. I imagine that it will most likely be the hard drive that is acting up. Also try to force ESCD.
Also verify your memory in another AMD system if possible. Is your ps AMD certified?
Got it figured out.See my Boss decided to get a DEAL at FRYS..I did not know this.The board only supports 1.2 gig not 1.3 as I could only get a setting of 12.5(1.25GIG).So thank you for the help everybody!Hence my personal quote ...LOL <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0">
