Peachtree Accounting

I'm running Win2000 Pro over a small workgroup and recently installed Peachtree Accounting Ver.8 and have had nothing but problems with lock ups. Does anyone have any experience running this App. in W2K? Any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I run it on 98SE machines in a peer to peer network without any problems.
In config.sys I needed to add a line FILES=250 on the main computer and FILES=150 on all the other computers.
