Monitoring LAN bandwidth

I have a win2k gateway machine for my cable modem, and a number of machines running as FTP/web servers, or running Dnews.

Is there any way that I can have a graphical display of the bandwidth that is being used per machine?? I was thinking that the performance monitor could do it, but I cant work it out. Basically, I want the gateway machine to constantly show the bandwidth usage over the LAN, as the packets pass through the gateway.

Any idea's or help would be appreciated.
