CD-RW drive doesnt like to stream video
ok, i have a mitsumi 4804te cd-rw drive. i have various cd-r's that i have burned home video to in the mpeg 4 format. whenever i try to play these videos it always starts spinning up and spinning back down, spin up, spin down, and so on. like its trying to do autoplay, even though it only has video files on it. im into moding my pc so i have the whole cable rounding thing. could it be the cables thats are screwin me up? also whenever i copy the files back to the hard drive it screws up and stops playing at the point were it start doing its thing. plz help
