Argh! That sucks. I love that product. Guess I'll be switching to <a href="http://www.grisoft.com/html/us_downl.htm" target="_blank">http://www.grisoft.com/html/us_downl.htm</a> now.
ARGH! Oh well. Thanks for the notification. I guess in the end, the popularity of IPE caused it's own demise.
I was going to have to abandon IPE anyway, I'm planning on upgrading to Windows XP and IPE won't install from scratch anymore (but it can be updated on an existing install)
My wife is going to have a fit, I'm changing antivirus products again! :D
Just purchased the IPE replacement for $9.95. A small price to pay for a reputable anti-virus product that does not try to take over your system. ;)
Yep, autodownloading updates gave me a warning too that this software would be discontinued, One of my favourite freeware programs. But I already own a copy of norton av 2002.
So I won't be investing in Innoculate. :(

I have a copy of NAV02 also, they charge $9.95 per year for updates too.NAV 02 is pretty good ,I like the e-mail scanning from NAV.I use nav on my main box,and I use IPE on my other 3 boxes.I paid for both, yearly updates.
I would say to check out AVG anti-virus as well. From what I've seen this is one of the best free anti-virus programs (also one of the few remaining). Have installed it on Win98, WinME, and Win2K systems. I've had no problems with it.
P.S. The URL is <a href="http://www.grisoft.com" target="_blank">http://www.grisoft.com</a>

Strange, if you buy the retail version of nav2002, it gives you 1 year of free virus updates, Once it is up, uninstall and reinstall it and you'll get free updates for a year again.
Or just reload windows from scratch after 1 year.
Oem version gives a maximum of 90 days.
But I hear if you uninstall/reinstall it, then you get free 90 days again.
Just what I have experienced.

I know all that,it's not worth the trouble for $10.. no big deal,it's only $10
